Exhibition Positive Africa

Vadu Rdrigues created an installation at Parliament Hall in Cape Verde, that used 18x10 meters of recycled fisherman's nets, hanging from the sealing off the 1º floor, in combination with more than 300 street photographs (from Cabo Verde and 5 West African), to transform the space into a room that invite viewers to reflect on the negative evaluation and unappreciation of local resources, people, and low-income professionals. And to also initiate conversations about challenging the Negative Narrative of the African Continent.
